Community Housing Fund Hits $3M in Loan Funds, Wins First PRI, $100K Grant

The Community Housing Fund celebrated reaching a major milestone last month! We hit the $3 Million mark in funds raised since the inception of the loan fund! Thanks to all our private and public partners for their commitment over the years to creating opportunities for working families and folks on fixed incomes!

Also last month, Meyer Trust awarded the Fund a $100,000 grant and a $100,000 PRI (program-related investment), representing the first time the Fund has leveraged debt to capitalize our loan pool. Meyer helped to establish the Fund with a significant capacity-building grant in 2005, and a renewed investment in our work 7 years later reflects their long-term support for providing housing in Washington County.
